Service areaDelray Beach

Remodeling in Delray Beach, for beach-block houses and townhome belts.

Delray's beach-block houses get salt air and tropical storms. Inland the townhomes get HOA rules. I work both. Same-week site visits when I batch Boca and Delray on a Wednesday.

  • 40-minute trip on I-95. I usually visit Delray on the same Wednesday I cover Boca Raton.
  • Same-week site visits. Wednesday or Saturday windows open within 7 days.
  • Familiar with the older blocks east of Federal — salt-exposed framing, slab-on-grade cracks — and the inland townhome stock with HOA contractor approval.
  • Solo. I work direct with the owner. No project-management layer, no salesperson commission stacked into the quote.

What customers say.

Three of the last forty-seven. Real names, real jobs, real photos when Diego's library is ready.
He showed up when he said he would, told me what would go wrong before it went wrong, and the bathroom looks like the picture I sent him.

Fort Lauderdale · master bath gut
Quote was straight. No add-ons mid-job. I'd hire him again for the kitchen next year — and I will.

Boca Raton · tile floor + baseboards
Diego fixed the half-finished job our last contractor walked away from. Two days. Clean work, fair price.

Delray Beach: beach houses and townhome interiors.

Delray Beach splits cleanly into two markets. East of Federal you've got the older single-family beach-block houses — salt air, slab cracks, original plaster, the occasional 1950s bathroom that hasn't been touched. West of I-95 it's mostly townhome and gated-community stock with HOA contractor screening. I work both sides.

Neighborhoods I work in: Lake Ida, the downtown Atlantic blocks, Tropic Isle, the townhome belts off Linton, and west of the Turnpike. The beach-side houses need an eye for salt corrosion — I check the supply lines, hinges, and fasteners before I quote anything.

What I take on in Delray: bathroom gut renovations, kitchen cabinet refresh or full replacement, tile + LVP install, drywall + paint, fence install, paver sealing for pool decks and driveways, pool resurfacing on residential pools. I don't take on full new construction or anything that needs structural engineering beyond a simple beam swap.

First visit free. Written estimate the next day. I'll batch Boca and Delray into the same trip when possible — saves me time, costs you nothing.

Tell me what you need. I'll text you back today.

Most homeowners hear back within two hours. I keep my phone on me on the job — leave a voicemail and I'll call after dinner.
