Bathroom remodels
Gut renovations, tub-to-shower conversions, vanity + tile + plumbing.
Same-week site visits in El Cid, Northwood, Flamingo Park, and out to the lakes. I drive up from Fort Lauderdale once or twice a week — usually the same trip pays for itself.

He showed up when he said he would, told me what would go wrong before it went wrong, and the bathroom looks like the picture I sent him.
Quote was straight. No add-ons mid-job. I'd hire him again for the kitchen next year — and I will.
Diego fixed the half-finished job our last contractor walked away from. Two days. Clean work, fair price.
Most West Palm Beach homeowners I work with first found me because the local quote came back high and slow. I drive up I-95 once or twice a week, batch the work into half-day or full-day visits, and charge the same hourly the way I would in Fort Lauderdale. There's no "premium for Palm Beach" markup.
Neighborhoods I work in regularly: El Cid, Flamingo Park, Northwood, SoSo, The Lakes, Cypress Lakes. The 1920s CBS bungalows south of Okeechobee have specific quirks — original plaster on clay tile, sub-code wiring, and shallow plumbing chases that need a careful demo. I've opened enough of these to know what to expect.
What I take on in West Palm: bathroom remodels, kitchen refresh + countertop swap, tile and LVP install, drywall + paint after water damage, exterior wood-fence install, and paver-driveway sealing. Pool resurfacing is harder logistically at this distance but I'll quote it if the rest of the job justifies the trip.
First visit is always free. I'll bring a tablet, take measurements, and you'll have a written estimate the next day. If I'm not the right person for the job, I'll tell you who is.
Most homeowners hear back within two hours. I keep my phone on me on the job — leave a voicemail and I'll call after dinner.
