Cabinet refresh, full cabinet replacements, quartz or laminate countertops, backsplash tile. I don't do bespoke shop-built cabinets — I work with stock or semi-custom from Home Depot, IKEA, or Pompano-based shops.
| Scope | Size / qty | Labor |
|---|---|---|
Cabinet doors swapped, hardware, paint frames Quickest refresh, biggest visual change | 10×10 ft galley | $2,800 |
Full cabinet replacement (stock), countertop swap, backsplash | 12×14 ft L-shape | $8,500 |
IKEA SEKTION install + quartz countertop + tile backsplash | U-shape with island | $11,800 |
Pricing covers my labor only. You buy materials direct from Home Depot at retail — no markup, no "materials handling" fee. I'll hand you the shopping list before the job.
Detailed cabinet measurements, photos of every wall and corner.
Labor estimate next day. I'll send you the cabinet SKUs to order or have delivered.
Old cabinets out, walls patched and primed. Usually one day.
Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, plumbing, paint touch-ups.
Drawer slides checked, doors aligned, sink seal verified.
If your cabinet boxes are still solid and you like the layout, refreshing (paint + new doors + new hardware) is about a third of the cost. If the layout doesn't work for you or the boxes are warped from water, replace. I'll tell you which makes sense after I see it.
Yes. IKEA SEKTION is one of the most common installs I do. I'll handle the assembly and the install. You order from IKEA directly so you're not paying me a markup.
For most kitchens I recommend quartz — more consistent, less maintenance, easier to source locally. If you want natural stone, I'll bring in a fabricator I've worked with for years.
Plan on 2–4 weeks of disrupted use. I leave you the sink and one base run as long as possible, and the final installs happen in one week.
Most homeowners hear back within two hours. I keep my phone on me on the job — leave a voicemail and I'll call after dinner.
