Pressure-wash, joint-sand replenish where needed, and a clean coat of paver sealer. Restores color depth, blocks weeds and mildew, extends the life of the pavers by years.

Sealer (5-gal bucket) and pressure-washer rental (~$175/day Home Depot) are customer-supplied. Pricing covers my labor only. You buy materials direct from Home Depot at retail — no markup, no "materials handling" fee. I'll hand you the shopping list before the job.
We walk the paver areas, I measure square footage and check for stains or repairs needed first.
Labor estimate next day. I'll suggest a sealer brand (Glaze N Seal, SureBond, or H&C) based on the paver type.
Pressure-wash all surfaces, let dry 24 hours minimum.
Apply sealer per manufacturer specs, ensure even coverage.
Inspect for missed spots, touch up, remove tape and drop-cloths.
Most South Florida pavers need re-sealing every 3–4 years. Beachfront and pool-deck pavers fade faster — closer to 2 years.
Both are options. "Wet look" sealers darken the color and give a slight gloss. "Natural" sealers preserve the matte. I'll bring sample panels to show you side by side.
Foot traffic: 4 hours after seal. Cars on the driveway: 48 hours. Don't park or drive on it until the cure is done.
Most homeowners hear back within two hours. I keep my phone on me on the job — leave a voicemail and I'll call after dinner.
